Hotel Le Plaza offers complimentary high speed Wi-Fi connection in the entire building. In our business center you have access to a computer and a printer in case you don’t have a laptop or to print your boarding passes.

There is no place in Brussels our concierge team doesn’t know about. With their expert knowledge, they will be delighted to help you regarding the choice of restaurants, bars, museums or any other activities you wish to find out about. Brussels is not the only Belgian city worth a visit, so please don’t hesitate to ask for information about tours in other Belgian cities.

Family is precious. Here at Hotel Le Plaza Brussels, we understand the importance of family values and it forms an important part of our philosophy. We can accommodate small and large families, to have a wonderful family holiday!

Babies until 2 years old are welcome to sleep in our baby cot for 30€ per day. For children between 3 and 11 years old, we ask for a supplement of 50€ per night to add an extra bed to the room (available starting from the deluxe room category).

Breakfast for babies until 2 years old is free, breakfast for children from 3 to 12 years old is €10 when accompanying their parents to breakfast.

Here at Hotel Le Plaza it is with pleasure that we welcome you and your little dog (maximum weight of 30kg). We ask that your little friend is trained, regularly let out and will not be left unattended in the room, except during breakfast time. The breakfast room is not accessible to animals. The charge for your small dog is € 30 per day. Before your arrival at the hotel, we thank you kindly to inform us about the arrival of your dog, so we can take the necessary preparations. Unfortunately we do not accept very large dogs (except for guide dogs), cats and birds.

Our romantic packages are designed to make you feel pampered in your romantic hotel Brussels, to offer you an unforgettable romantic stay for two.

Our romantic package includes a bottle of Champagne (37.5cl), rose petals in your room and a late check-out until 2 PM. (Price : 59€ per package)

Reservations booked through our website or by telephone can be cancelled until 4 PM on the day prior to the arrival date. You just need to cancel your reservation online or by sending us an email to reservations@leplaza.be before this deadline.

Compared to other websites we offer as such a free cancellation insurance of 100% of your room rate, if your reservation is cancelled at least one day prior to your arrival date.

Arrivals are scheduled starting from 3 PM. Our hotel is open 24 hours every day of the year and is happy to welcome you at the time you prefer. If you wish to arrive before 3 PM, we can store your suitcases in our luggage room free of charge until your room is ready.

Subject to availability, we can offer you the possibility to have access to your room in the morning. This option is available as from the deluxe room category. If you want to have a guaranteed arrival before 3 PM, we advise you to book your room the night before your arrival.
