Purposes of the treatment
The SA Hotel Le Plaza collects and processes personal data of customers for the purpose of customer management and orders (including customer administration, order / delivery tracking, billing, solvency tracking, marketing and sending of advertising custom).
Legal basis of the treatment
Personal data are processed under Article 6.1. (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract), (c) (necessary to fulfill a legal obligation), (f) (necessary to defend our legitimate interest to undertake) of the General Regulations for the Protection of data.
Transmission to third parties
If this is necessary for the achievement of the objectives set, the customer’s personal data will be shared within the European Economic Area with other companies that are directly or indirectly related to the SA Hotel Le Plaza or to any other partner the SA Hotel Le Plaza.
S.A. Hotel Le Plaza guarantees that these beneficiaries will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
Retention period
Personal data processed for the purpose of customer management will be retained for the period of time necessary to meet the legal requirements (particularly in terms of accounting).
Right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and transferability of personal data
The customer has the right at any time to consult his personal data and can (make) rectify if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, limit the processing and oppose the processing of personal data about him under Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
The customer also has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, current and machine-readable format) of his personal data and to send the personal data to another company.

Direct marketing
The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Complaint
The customer has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, email: commission@privacycommission.be).
